Life Happens Keep Breathing

is a piece of advice I received when I was 20 years old. Back then I wasn’t fully aware of the power behind the message. I’m sure I’m still not today, but it’s something that has stuck with me. It helped carry my family through our most difficult time. Simple but profound. A motto that can be used by anyone, anywhere, at any point in their life. To continue breathing is to continue living.
